The Challenge
KF Fast Food needed a secure and efficient cash management system and admin backend to handle daily sales operations, cashier shifts, transaction history, and reporting. The existing setup (if any) was manual or not integrated with the website, causing data inaccuracies, slower shift closeouts, and difficulties in managing cash flows, sales reports, and user access. The restaurant also needed different access roles (e.g., admin, manager, cashier) to maintain control over sensitive financial and sales data.
Our Solution
We developed a custom cash management and admin panel for KF Fast Food using a robust PHP‑MySQL backend. The system includes:
